Will you take an action figure out of the package to ship it?
I get asked this question often as many overseas bidders like to have their figures shipped without the carton to save on shipping. The answer is yes, I believe that once you purchase an item it is yours. If you would like it altered in a way that I can provide before shipping, I have no problem doing this.
I received an item damaged, what do I do?
Firstly, contact us imediately. If an item is damaged, you need to initiate contact within 3 days. Let us know what type of damage the item has and we will instruct from there. Please note, returned items receive credit for our store or website, not a cash return. In all instances, please make sure to read the description and look carefully at any pictures. If you have any questions, please ask BEFORE bidding.
